Published Wed, 19 Feb 2025 01:12:11 GMT

The Chicago Cubs’ window of contention has been built around a core that can remain intact for the next three years. If properly supplemented by their top prospects coming through the system, in addition to whichever impact talent the front office brings in this offseason through free agency or trades, the Cubs have an opportunity to reestablish dominance in the National League Central Division. The Cubs need to add more power in the middle of their lineup and continue to bolster their pitching staff.
